Paul Hastings Advises Atlas Holdings, Stryten Energy in Acquisition of C&D Trojan

Paul Hastings LLP advised Atlas Holdings and its portfolio company Stryten Energy in the acquisition of KPS Capital Partners’ portfolio company C&D Trojan. The transaction will create one of North America’s most comprehensive battery manufacturing and energy storage companies, with expanded capabilities across transportation, essential power, industrial, military and government markets.
