Euromoney Project Finance Magazine has named Reliance Powers $4.2 billion 3,960MW Sasan ultra mega power project as Indian Power Deal of the Year 2009. Paul Hastings represented both Reliance Power Limited and its special purpose project company, Sasan Power Limited, in the development and financing of this power project.
