Paul Hastings won IFLR’s Structured Finance and Securitisation Deal of the Year for the second year in a row. The award recognizes the work of Charles Roberts, Edouard Lange, Conor Downey, Miles Flynn, Jennie Dorsaint, and Roland Arlt for Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch in connection with a €887 million European CMBS for a property portfolio owned by the Vitus Group.
