Paul Hastings was awarded M&A Deal of the Year for our representation of Samsung Electronics in its landmark US$8 billion acquisition of Harman International Industries, Inc. by Asia Legal Business Korea Law Awards held in Seoul, Korea. We also received Real Estate Deal of the Year for our representation in the acquisition of IFC Seoul by Brookfield Asset Management.
