Alamo Drafthouse Cinema's 40,000 square foot lease agreement with Fosun, a Chinese international conglomerate and investment company, was recognized as

 (REBNY). The popular dine-in movie theater Alamo Drafthouse Cinema plans to open its new 12-screen multiplex at Fosun's 28 Liberty in New York in late 2019. The firm advised Fosun on the transaction, which closed in December of 2018.
