Teri O'Brien Recognized in The Daily Journal's2014 Top Deal Supplement

Teri O’Brien’s work for Gevo Inc. was recognized by The Daily Journal in its Top Deal Supplement 2014 as one of the Ten Largest M&A Transactions of 2014.  When Gevo needed quick access to capital -- but sought to avoid a traditional Nasdaq offering route because it would trigger the lengthy process of securing stockholder approval under the stock exchange's rules -- Teri combined several tools to craft a set of provisions that sped up the process of obtaining financing.
