Developments in the PRC's Employment Laws in 2007

2007 was a landmark year for employment law in the Peoples Republic of China (PRC). With the promulgation of an unprecedented number of national laws, regulations and rules, employment law in the PRC is rapidly evolving. As such, it is incumbent upon employers to understand the new measures in order to revise employment practices and keep step with the brisk pace of change in employment law in the PRC.
