DCAP Receipts Now

Don’t lose your money, get ready to file your claims now

• The deadline for submission to Aetna is March 31.

• Gather your receipts now.

• Don’t wait until the last minute!

Important Note

If you participated in the Firm’s DCAP (Dependent Care Assistance Program) during 2016, Aetna requires your 2016 claims to be on file at Aetna by March 31, 2017. Aetna will not accept claims received after this date, even if they are postmarked earlier. Eligible expenses must have been incurred between January 1, 2016, and December 31, 2016. 

Check Your DCAP Balance

personnel do not have access to your DCAP balance information. However, you can check your balance by:

• Calling Aetna Concierge at (855) 253-8629

• Logging into

  Aetna’s Navigator
  after you are registered. (Registering
  takes less than 5 minutes)

Submit a Claim

Claim Form.pdf). The form includes Aetna's mailing address, fax number and our control number.  (The forms on the Aetna website do not have our plan-specific information.)
