Circuit Split with False Claims Act Case

A recent decision by the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia throws the claims filed against recipients of federal funds into doubt. The decision in United States ex. rel. Totten v. Bombardier, 380 F.3d 488 could reverse what has been a decade long trend of growth.
