INS has given formal notice in the Federal Register that certain nonimmigrants from Pakistan and Saudi Arabia must report to the INS to enroll in the National Security Entry-Exit Registration System (NSEERS). Previously, the INS had required certain nonimmigrants from Iran, Iraq, Libya, Sudan, Syria, Afghanistan, Algeria, Bahrain, Eritrea, Lebanon, Morocco, North Korea, Oman, Qatar, Somalia, Tunisia, United Arab Emirates, and Yemen to specially register under NSEERS. It is expected that additional countries will be added in the coming months.
