NASD Corporate Finance Filings Electronic Filings Become Mandatory

As of July 2002, NASD members submitting filings to the Corporate Financing Department of the NASD are required to use the NASD’s new electronic filing system – the Corporate Offerings Business & Regulatory Desk. COBRADesk is a Web-based application designed to minimize the paperwork involved in the filing process and provide a faster and more efficient mechanism for communication between filers and the NASD.
