New Storm Water Rules for Small Construction Sites

Increasingly, federal, state, and local regulators are requiring both large and small construction sites to obtain permits and implement storm water management plans that may have long-term impacts on the physical layout of sites. To allow greater certainty in development and to avoid costly last-minute design changes, owners, developers, designers, and contractors should consider storm water management requirements early in the construction process as they plan, design, and bid both large and small projects.
