New Year, New Law: UK Employment Law Developments in Early 2007

With winter nearly over, the time for spring-cleaning is swiftly approaching. In the world of employment law, that equates to the annual increase in statutory compensation and benefits limits, tax, social security and pension scheme allowances and the April round of the twice-yearly dates on which new UK employment legislation is implemented. It is time for employers to tidy up and re-organise staff handbooks, policies and procedures.
