Numerous Tax Extenders Included in Fiscal Cliff Legislation

President Obama signed the American Taxpayer Relief Act of 2012 into law on January 2, 2013. Numerous individual and business related tax provisions were included in the law, including, among others, extension of 50% bonus depreciation, increased Code Section 179 expensing limits and the extension of the production tax credit for wind projects for one year.
