Open Access Transmission Reform Moves Forward

The rehearing order of Order No. 890, issued by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission on December 28, 2007, takes effect March 17, 2008 and largely affirms Order No. 890, the final rule on open access transmission that the Commission issued in February 2007.
