Revised New York Stock Exchange Corporate Governance Listing Standards

On November 4, 2003, the Securities Exchange Commission approved the new corporate governance listing standards proposed by New York Stock Exchange, the culmination of a rulemaking process which commenced in early 2002 with the NYSE’s appointment of its Corporate Accountability and Listing Standards Committee.
