SEC Adopts Rule Governing Affiliate Marketing - Regulation S-AM

The Securities and Exchange Commission (the SEC) recently adopted Regulation S-AM (Reg S-AM) limiting the extent to which certain financial institutions can provide consumer information to affiliates for marketing purposes.
