* Best Provider Collaboration

* Best Business Team

The Firm’s nomination in the “Best Provider Collaboration” category recognizes our role in driving a coordinated effort to secure a landmark simultaneous global resolution for Airbus with US, UK, and French investigative authorities. The American Lawyer noted our work in close partnership with Dechert, Clifford Chance, August Debouzy, Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer, and Forensic Risk Alliance.

The first-of-its-kind resolution has been at the center of several recent honors. In October 2020, the Airbus matter was recognized as the Most Important Development of the Year by Global Investigations Review.

The Firm’s nomination as “Best Business Team” is based on the transformation and modernization of the Firm’s practices and legal service delivery model through the growth and evolution of the Practice Innovation Department.
