Paris – Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that it has advised the shareholders of Greenflex in connection with the sale of Greenflex to Total Energy Services.
Greenflex Group, which is a European leader in the sector of energy efficiency and environmental impact management, is forecasting revenues of more than €350 million in 2017 with more than 600 clients.
