Barclays, BBVA and KeyBanc Serve as Joint Bookrunning Managers in Prime Healthcare’s Debut $700 Million Secured Notes Offering

New York – Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm represented Barclays Capital Inc., BBVA Securities Inc. and KeyBanc Capital Markets Inc. as joint bookrunning managers in connection with the debut $700,000,000 high yield 7.25% senior secured notes offering by Prime Healthcare Services, Inc. The proceeds of the notes were used to repay certain indebtedness owed by Prime and its subsidiaries and for general corporate purposes.  The notes were issued on October 30, 2020.
