Endeavor Acquires Majority Stake in On Location Experiences

New York – Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm represented experiential hospitality leader On Location Experiences in the sale of a majority stake of On Location to talent and media agency holding company Endeavor Group.

Endeavor will operate On Location alongside the National Football League’s investment platform, 32 Equity, which will remain a major shareholder in the company. On Location is the official hospitality partner of the NFL and partners with the NCAA, the Professional Golfers' Association of America and the U.S. Tennis Association to bring unrivaled access to fans looking for immersive experiences at marquee events.
