Mr. Cohen also represents syndicated partnerships in connection with ongoing issues involving tax credits, management responsibility, investor communications, refinancing and restructuring. Mr. Krug’s practice focuses on real estate matters involving acquisitions, dispositions and financings of interests in real estate throughout the United States, as well as commercial and industrial leasing. He advises clients on all aspects of corporate acquisitions, dispositions and financings, often through leveraged buy-outs.
