Garsite and AFI Partners Acquire Aviation and Truck Equipment

Houston – Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm advised AFI Partners, a New York-based private equity firm, and its affiliate company Garsite Progress on the acquisition of the Aviation and Truck Equipment (AVTE) business of Wabash National Corporation. The AVTE business is a producer of truck-mounted tanks for fuels, oil and waste, as well as aircraft refueling equipment. The transaction closed on January 22, 2019.
