Lotus Midstream to Acquire Centurion Crude Oil Pipeline and Related Assets in Texas, New Mexico and Oklahoma from Occidental Petroleum Corporation

Houston - Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm is representing Lotus Midstream, LLC, a crude oil logistics provider, in its pending acquisition of the Centurion pipeline and a Southeast New Mexico crude oil gathering system and related assets from Occidental Petroleum Corporation. The transaction is expected to close later in the third quarter of 2018, subject to customary closing conditions.
