Paul Hastings Advised Shui On Land in Asset Swap Agreement with Trophy Property Development

Hong Kong/New York -- Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that it represented Shui On Land Limited and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Shui On Development (Holding) Limited, as it entered into a swap agreement with Trophy Property Development L.P. Trophy Property Development will swap with Shui On Land all of its interests in the Rui Hong Xin Cheng (Shanghai), Wuhan Tiandi, and Chongqing Tiandi projects, in exchange for 100% interest in a project in Shanghai commonly known as Taipingqiao.

Upon completion, Shui On Land and Trophy Property Development will enter into a joint venture agreement with respect to the Taipingqiao project.
