(December 13, 2011) - Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm represented Boot Barn, Inc., a leading western and work wear retailer with 85 stores in eight states, in its sale to Freeman Spogli & Co., a private equity investment firm. Boot Barn's private equity sponsor was the Firm's long time client Marwit Capital, which specializes in investments in middle market and lower middle market businesses.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
