Paul Hastings Advises Samsung Electronics on Acquisition of Sweden's Nanoradio AB

Hong Kong - Paul Hastings, a leading global law firm, announced today that it represented Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd., a world leader in advanced semiconductor solutions, on its acquisition of Sweden's Nanoradio AB, a developer of ultra low power Wireless LAN chipsets for high-speed wireless access in mobile phones.

Nanoradio AB designs semiconductors with wireless capability for the cellular and handheld market. The company was founded in March 2004 and is headquartered in Kista, Sweden.
