Paul Hastings Advises SNAM, GIC and EDF in the 2.4 Billion Acquisition of Totals TIGF Assets

Milan/ Paris-- Paul Hastings acted as counsel to Italian gas transportation and storage operator SNAM and co-counsel to a consortium comprised of SNAM, Government of Singapore Investment Corp., the Singaporean sovereign fund (GIC), and French state-owned utility EDF in its €2.4 billion acquisition of French oil & gas producer Total’s, gas transport and storage business called Transports Infrastructures Gaz France (TIGF), in the South-West France.
