Paul Hastings Boosts International Corporate Practice With The Addition Of Richard Ambery To The London Office

London (May 18, 2005) -- Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker LLP (Paul Hastings), a leading international law firm, is pleased to announce today that Richard Ambery, previously at Mayer Brown Rowe & Maw, has joined as of counsel in the corporate department, resident in the London office.  Mr. Ambery specializes in international transactions, securitization and structured finance work.

Ambery has been involved in significant transactions including the high profile Formula One and Silver (UCB Healthcare) securitizations. He specializes in whole business and commercial mortgage securitizations. In addition, he has expertise in structured finance and related capital markets issues. Recently, his practice has involved notable transactions for clients such as GMAC Commercial Mortgage Corp, GMAC Commercial Finance, Lloyds TSB Calyonand Deutsche Bank.
