Paul Hastings Continues Expansion of M&A Practice With the Addition of Rey Pascual to Atlanta Office

Atlanta, GA (February 27, 2007) - Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker LLP (Paul Hastings), a leading international law firm, is pleased to announce that Rey Pascual, previously a partner at Kilpatrick Stockton LLP, has joined the firm's mergers & acquisitions practice, resident in the Atlanta office. Mr. Pascual's practice focuses primarliy on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, securities and investment management.
