Paul Hastings Continues International Expansion of Corporate Practice

Kathryn focuses on private equity transactions. As a result of both market and client demand, Paul Hastings continues to grow its international private equity practice throughout Asia, Europe and the United States, said Robert Miller, Chair of the Corporate Department. The addition of Kathryn will enhance our private equity practice capabilities in London, where a large number of private equity funds are based and where a large number of U.S. private equity funds are looking to deploy capital. This will allow us to further serve clients in London, the U.S. and throughout Europe as well. She is a private equity specialist and has been involved in numerous major acquisitions, divestments and joint venture transactions throughout Europe.
