Paul Hastings Represents GI Partners in Sale of PC Helps to Baird Capital Partners

Orange County, CA (September 6, 2012) - Paul Hastings LLP, a global law firm, announced today that the firm represented leading middle-market private equity firm GI Partners and its portfolio company, PC Helps Support, LLC, in the sale of PC Helps, a provider of desktop and mobile software application support services and productivity training, to Baird Capital Partners.

Paul Hastings also represented GI Partners in the acquisition of PC Helps in 2005. The sale of PC Helps generated a return of approximately five times invested capital for limited partners in GI Partners Fund II.
