Paul Hastings Represents Pfingsten Partners in its Purchase of Power Sport Industries

Chicago, IL (August 3, 2012) - Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm represented Pfingsten Partners, L.L.C. and its portfolio company Arrowhead Electrical Products, L.L.C., a distributor of aftermarket alternators, motors and other rotating electric products and components, in the acquisition of Power Sport Industries, Inc., a company that assembles and distributes bearing kits and suspension components to the ATV, motorcycle and other power sport end markets. Power Sport Industries does business under the name, All Balls Racing.

The value of the transaction was not disclosed.
