New York, NY Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, represented the lead arrangers RBC Capital Markets, LLC, UBS Securities LLC and SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, Inc. in connection with the financing for the completion of Harbour Groups acquisition of Cleaver-Brooks, Inc.

The financing consisted of a $50 million ABL credit facility and $300 million of senior secured notes. In connection with the transactions, the firm also represented RBC Capital Markets, LLC as dealer manager for the cash tender offer by Cleaver-Brooks for $185 million of its 12.25% senior secured notes due 2016.
