Paul Hastings Represents RBC in Financing HM Capital Partners Acquisition of Milk Specialties Company

(December 27, 2011) - Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm represented Royal Bank of Canada and BNP Paribas as lead arrangers and Royal Bank of Canada as administrative agent for the senior secured financing of HM Capital Partners acquisition of Milk Specialties Company.

The senior secured financing consists of a $160 million first lien senior secured term loan and revolving credit facility and a $60 million second lien senior secured term loan facility.
