Paul Hastings Represents Starwood Capital Group in Acquisition of De Vere Venues

London - Paul Hastings, a leading global law firm, announced today that it has advised Starwood Capital Group on their acquisition of De Vere Venues (

), with a team in London led by partner

This follows Starwood’s acquisition of Four Pillars Hotels in January, on which Paul Hastings also advised (
