Paul Hastings Represents SunTrust in $120 Million Financing For WRM America Intermediate Holding Company, Inc.

Atlanta, GA - Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm represented SunTrust Bank, as administrative agent, and SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, Inc. as lead arranger and bookrunner in connection with WRM America Intermediate Holding Company, Inc.s $120 million term and revolver senior secured credit facility. The facility will be used to refinance existing debt, for capital expenditures, to provide working capital and for other general corporate purposes.
