Paul Hastings Wins Deal of the Year Awards for Equity, Restructuring and M&A at IFLR Awards 2014

At the IFLR Europe Awards in London on Thursday 3 April 2014, Paul Hastings was recognized for its work on two winning transactions: The CVC Credit Partners European Opportunities IPO, which was named Equity Deal of the Year; and the lender-led restructuring of French water company
