Paul Hastings Wins "M&A Team of the Year" and "Private Equity Team of the Year"

London - Paul Hastings LLP was named both “M&A Team of the Year (Large Deals)” and “Private Equity Team of the Year” at the Transatlantic Legal Awards 2019
, held in London on 13 June. The awards, presented by Legal Week, The American Lawyer, and Corporate Counsel magazine, are judged by a panel of senior editors and reporters from the United States and the U.K. and aim to identify the law firms, lawyers and in-house legal departments leading the way in the world’s two largest and most fiercely competitive legal markets.
The M&A deal featured was Teleperformance’s $1 billion acquisition of Intelenet from Blackstone
, which featured lawyers in the San Diego, London, Chicago, Los Angeles, Washington D.C., and Paris offices.
The private equity deal was Abry Partners’ acquisition of Link Mobility
