The Davis Companies Closes Latest Value-Add Real Estate Fund

Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm represented The Davis Companies in the formation of Davis Investment Ventures IV, a new value-add real estate private equity fund that has secured total capital commitments of nearly $780 million, significantly exceeding its original fundraising target of $650 million.
