Paul Hastings Advises Fusion Capital Partners on Its Acquisition of AQUALIS

Paul Hastings LLP advised Fusion Capital Partners, a private investment firm specializing in engineered products and essential services within the industrial sector, on its acquisition of AQUALIS, a leading provider of sustainable water management, engineering and compliance services for critical infrastructure, from DFW Capital Partners.
