Paul Hastings Advises Live Nation Entertainment on VenueCo Platform and €610 Million Notes Issuance by Live Nation VenueCo

Paul Hastings LLP advised Live Nation Entertainment in connection with the establishment of a venue financing platform (VenueCo) and the initial issuance under that platform of €610 million aggregate principal amount of fixed-rate, senior secured notes by Live Nation VenueCo LLC, a bankruptcy-remote special purpose vehicle indirectly owned by Live Nation Entertainment.
