Paul Hastings Advises Mavik on Closing of Its Mavik Real Estate Special Opportunities VS2 Fund

Paul Hastings LLP advised Mavik, a multistrategy, credit-oriented investment firm focused on special situations commercial real estate and hard assets across North America, on the close of its second closed-end fund, Mavik Real Estate Special Opportunities VS2, with $685 million in total commitments.
Partners Max Rosenberg and Sam Alavi led the Paul Hastings team, which also included partners Lucas Rachuba and Ryan Swan and associates Nick Harper and Hailey Kay.
