Paul Hastings Advises Momentum on Joint Venture With Fanatics

Paul Hastings LLP advised Momentum, a leading entertainment group, in connection with their strategic joint venture with Fanatics, a global sports platform, to operate commercial gaming activities in the UAE.
The Paul Hastings team was led by London M&A partner David Prowse along with associates Rohin Ghosh Dastidar, Silas Raggett and Freya Evans.
