Paul Hastings Advises Monomoy Capital Partners on the Close of Its Inaugural Family Fund

Paul Hastings LLP advised Monomoy Capital Partners, a private investment firm focused on private equity and credit investing in the middle market, on the closing of its inaugural Monomoy Family Fund. The fund drew substantial investor demand against its $500 million external hard cap. The final close came three months after launch, bringing total commitments to $589 million.
Investment Funds & Private Capital practice co-chair Amanda Persaud led the Paul Hastings team, which also included partners Rachel Shepardson and Ryan Swan, of counsel Brittany Cohen and Rob Wilson, and associates Jacqui Pittman, Amanda Yang, Caron Song, Kamal Rettrey and Alexander Stanko.
