Paul Hastings LLP advised both Smash Capital and Atomico as co-lead investors in CodeRabbit’s $143 million Series C financing at a $1.5 billion valuation. CodeRabbit is a pioneer of AI code review that introduced Agentic Change Management — a control layer that validates, continuously monitors and explains the impact of software changes by humans and AI agents.
