Paul Hastings LLP advised Too Lost Music, a music technology and services platform supporting independent artists and record labels, on a strategic investment led by music investment firm GoldState Music and TA Associates, a leading global investment firm, in conjunction with a senior credit facility from Pinnacle Financial Partners.
