Paul Hastings LLP advised Wynnchurch Capital in Trimlite’s acquisition of KW Building Products LLC, a wholesale distributor of residential doors, windows and related building products and a wholly owned subsidiary of Clay-Ingels LLC.
Private Equity partner Chris Sheaffer led the Paul Hastings team, which also included partners Ziemowit Smulkowski and Holly Snow, of counsel Dan Miles and Gabriella Pan and associates Mariana Espinoza and Steven Weiser.
