Paul Hastings Advising Wellpointe on Development of $2 Billion Assisted Living Project in California

Paul Hastings LLP is advising Wellpointe Inc., a leading provider of affordable, residential assisted living and health care services, on land use, environmental, employment and insurance issues associated with the development of Viva L.A. at Warner Center, a $2 billion assisted living project that will provide nearly 3,200 units of affordable housing to serve LA’s senior population.
