São Paulo, Brazil – Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, represented the underwriters BTG Pactual, Bank of America, Citigroup, Bradesco BBI, UBS BB and Safra in connection with Três Tentos Agroindustrial’s $255 million (1.3 billion reais) IPO on the B3 exchange.

Três Tentos Agroindustrial has a leading position among agribusiness players in various Brazilian states, and it will use the proceeds from the IPO to continue its expansion plans, including to fund construction of an industrial plant in the central state of Mato Grosso and for new store openings.
